Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Kildare, Ireland.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

📦 Republic of Ireland: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days with An Post.
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free in Ireland on orders over €100. Orders under this are charged €5.95 for tracked post with An Post

What are your jewellery pieces made of?

Our jewellery is crafted exclusively from 316L stainless steel finished with a thick layer of PVD gold plating, or in sleek stainless steel silver. Unlike many brands that use lighter coatings, our pieces are built with durability in mind — tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and designed to keep their shine for years of everyday wear.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

With proper care, your jewellery should stay beautiful. Normal wear and tear can cause some fading over time, but tarnishing within 30 days is covered under our guarantee.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes — our collections are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, so they’re kind to your skin.

Sizing & Jewellery Care

How do I find my ring size?

We currently offer rings in EU sizes 6, 7, and 8. You can use our Ring Size Guide to measure at home and find your best fit.

How should I look after my jewellery?

Our pieces are designed to be worn and loved every day. With their durable, long-lasting finish, they will stay radiant for years with the right care:

Avoid exposing your jewellery to perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear to maintain its shine.
Store your jewellery in the protective pouch or box provided to keep it safe from scratches.

Returns

What if I need to return an item?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Please note: due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. You can contact us at info@islabellejewellery.com

We’re a couple in our mid-20s from Ireland who wanted to bring affordable luxury jewellery to everyday life. IslaBelle was created from our passion for simple, timeless pieces paired with elegant packaging and an unforgettable unboxing experience.
