We want you to love your IslaBelle Jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Gift cards, sale items, and personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@islabellejewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Normal Wear & Care
Natural signs of wear, including minor scratches, fading, or tarnishing that occur over time, are not considered manufacturing faults and are not eligible for refund or replacement. To help maintain the appearance of your jewellery, please follow our Jewellery Care Guide.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@islabellejewellery.com.
