We want you to love your IslaBelle Jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
- Custom or personalised pieces, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at info@islabellejewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest option is to return your purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
Normal Wear & Tear
Please note that natural signs of wear — such as minor scratches, fading, or tarnishing over time — are not considered faults and are not eligible for return or refund. To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow our jewellery care guide.
EU Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@islabellejewellery.com
